Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, field visits, and social media channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular meetings and personal interactions.
Ensure daily sales routes are aligned with the reporting manager and accurately recorded in Salesforce, along with all lead-related activities and closures.
Participate in all mandatory training sessions conducted by the Learning & Development (L&D) team.
Understand cohort and lead playbooks to effectively target doctors and improve conversion rates.
Ensure doctors have complete clarity about engagement with eka.care and facilitate submission of all required documents as per internal processes.
Collect market intelligence and customer insights to support negotiations related to pricing, delivery, and customer requirements with management.
Collaborate with internal teams by sharing customer and market feedback to enhance overall sales outcomes.
Maintain accurate records of sales and orders and report them to the internal team.
Monitor market trends and buying behaviour and provide timely feedback to the team.
Required Skills & Experience
3–4 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar business development role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with good presentation abilities.
Good understanding of sales, marketing, and negotiation techniques.
Self-motivated with a result-driven mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office tools.
Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) will be an added advantage.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any discipline).
MBA in Sales & Marketing will be preferred.
