About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT services sales, expertise in multi-channel lead generation, and the ability to lead and scale a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth
Identify and generate new business opportunities through platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, and other digital channels
Drive enterprise sales by building strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure
Lead, mentor, and manage the business development team to improve performance and productivity
Collaborate with marketing and presales teams to align on campaigns, proposals, and client acquisition strategies
Track sales metrics, analyze performance, and optimize strategies for better conversion rates
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in IT services sales and business development
Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, and enterprise sales channels
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies
Experience in handling international clients (US, UK, or other global markets preferred)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong leadership and team management experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in proposal writing, RFPs, and bid management
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management
Understanding of digital transformation, web/mobile development, or cloud services
