We are seeking a driven
Business Development professional – Industrial & Logistics
to support growth across the Hyderabad market. The role focuses on identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving transactions across industrial parks, warehouses, logistics facilities, and large-format land deals.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the industrial & logistics real estate landscape, local market dynamics, and corporate/occupier requirements.
Key Responsibilities-
Drive
business development initiatives
across industrial, warehousing, and logistics assets in Hyderabad
Identify and pursue opportunities with
developers, occupiers, 3PLs, e-commerce, manufacturing, and institutional clients
Build and manage strong relationships with landowners, developers, investors, and corporate occupiers
Support leasing, acquisition, and sale transactions from
lead generation to deal closure
Conduct market research on
supply, demand, pricing, absorption, and upcoming developments
Prepare client pitches, proposals, market presentations, and site shortlists
Coordinate with internal teams including survey, transaction, valuation, and legal for execution support
Track industrial corridors, infrastructure developments, and policy updates impacting the I&L sector
Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and deals using internal systems
Bachelor’s degree in
Business, Engineering, Real Estate, or related field
1-3 years of experience in
business development, leasing, or advisory
within
industrial, logistics, or commercial real estate
Strong understanding of
Hyderabad industrial & logistics market
, including key corridors and warehousing hubs
Proven track record in
client acquisition, relationship management, and deal execution
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Precision-driven, analytical, and detail-focused.
Able to navigate complex, high-compliance environments.
Excellent planning, controls, and documentation capabilities.
