Business Development Executive – Outbound Sales
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in lead generation, outreach, and client engagement in the Web Development and Mobile App Development services domain.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through outbound sales strategies
Conduct lead generation using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calling, and email outreach
Identify potential clients for Web Development and Mobile App Development services
Initiate conversations with prospects and understand their basic requirements
Schedule meetings and demos for the senior sales team
Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems
Execute outbound campaigns across email and LinkedIn channels
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth lead handover
✅ Required Skills & Qualifications
1–4 years of experience in Business Development / Outbound Sales / Lead Generation
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calling, and email outreach
Experience selling IT services, especially Web and Mobile App Development
Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or similar platforms
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to research and identify potential clients
