About the Role:
We are seeking dynamic, target-driven Business Development Executives to join our high-growth team in Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Chennai. This is a crucial field-based role, requiring extensive local travel to generate new leads, meet potential clients, and close business deals within the assigned territory. The role combines direct sales with on-ground marketing efforts to drive brand presence and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, proficient in regional languages, and ready to hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for a dual mandate of Sales and Marketing within their assigned area.
1.
Field Sales & Business Acquisition
Target Achievement: Execute strategic plans to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets (revenue, number of clients, etc.).
Prospecting and Closing: Actively generate and qualify new business leads through calling, referrals, and extensive field activity.
Client Meetings: Schedule and conduct in-person meetings and tailored product/service demonstrations with prospective clients using their personal two-wheeler for efficient local travel.
Negotiation: Understand client needs, present winning proposals, and effectively negotiate and close sales contracts.
CRM Management: Utilise CRM tools to accurately track the sales pipeline, document client interactions, and manage follow-ups.
2. Local Marketing & Brand Promotion:
Market Intelligence: Conduct on-ground market research to identify local trends, competitor activity, and new business opportunities.
Local Promotion: Execute local marketing campaigns, distribute promotional materials, and participate in local events or activations to enhance brand visibility.
Feedback Loop: Collect and relay direct customer feedback from the field to the marketing and ops teams for continuous improvement.
Territory Planning: Strategically plan daily routes and activities to maximise coverage and efficiency in lead generation and marketing outreach within the assigned territory.
