Job Role:
We are seeking a Business Development Executive who is analytical, resourceful, and ready to drive business growth in real estate markets. This role requires a unique blend of data-driven thinking and hands-on market exploration. You will identify potential partners, unlock new opportunities, and play a pivotal role in expanding Sellability’s reach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Market Mapping & Data Profiling Research and map developers and real estate stakeholders in targeted regions. Use market data and analytics tools to identify and qualify high-potential leads.
• Business Intelligence & Reporting Prepare detailed market reports and lead profiling sheets. Translate insights into compelling presentations and dashboards using Excel and PowerPoint.
• On-ground Market Research Visit real estate project sites to study market activity, identify trends, and gather key insights. Provide feedback on project feasibility and local dynamics.
• Developer & Stakeholder Outreach Initiate contact with developers through cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and networking. Build and nurture relationships that can translate into business opportunities.
• Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with the marketing, analytics, and leadership teams to align lead generation with business strategy.
• Execution Agility Handle a variety of tasks and adapt to different phases of the business development cycle—from data crunching to direct negotiation.
We’re excited about you because you have:
· Experience: 2-6 years in business development, sales, or market research (Real Estate background is a plus!)
· Bachelor's/master’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Skills: Strong analytical mindset, proficient in Excel & PowerPoint, excellent communication skills.
· Personality: Confident, adaptable, and eager to learn. Must have the drive to explore and create opportunities.
· Mobility: Willing to travel on-site for market research and client interactions.
· Education: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
· Demonstrated ability to apply sound judgment ensuring integrity, compliance, & confidentiality.
· Superb time management, multi-tasking, prioritization skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
