Job Summary
SANeForce is looking for a proactive and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving B2B sales for our SaaS-based CRM products. The candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to understand client requirements and convert leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new B2B sales opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and lead follow-ups.
Promote and sell SANeForce CRM / SaaS solutions to potential clients across industries.
Conduct product presentations, demos, and meetings with prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM systems.
Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing and customer success for smooth client onboarding.
Required Skills
1–7 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development, preferably in SaaS, CRM, or IT products.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to identify client needs and close sales opportunities.
Good presentation and persuasion skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes.
Preferred Qualifications
Hindi speaking candidates are preferred as the role involves interaction with clients across different regions in India.
Experience in SaaS product sales will be an added advantage.
