Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Executive with 1 -3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the cloud, DevOps, or database services space. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can identify business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive consultative sales that result in long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities
Identify and engage new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
Build a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and inbound lead conversion.
Understand client pain points in data infrastructure and position Mydbops solutions effectively.
Conduct meetings and demos with technical and business stakeholders.
Maintain and update the CRM (HubSpot) with accurate activity and pipeline data.
Work closely with marketing to align messaging and campaign execution.
Requirements
1 to 3 years of experience
in B2B sales, preferably in
SaaS, Cloud, DevOps, or Managed Services
environments.
Basic understanding of
cloud platforms such as AWS
(EC2, RDS, cloud infrastructure concepts) will be an added advantage.
Exposure to working with
mid-size or growing technology companies
using a consultative sales approach.
Familiarity with
database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
is a plus.
Strong
communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
with the ability to engage with technical and business stakeholders.
Experience using
LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or similar prospecting/outreach tools
is preferred.
Ability to
work independently, manage sales targets, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
while maintaining a structured sales process.
Nice to Have
Experience selling to CTOs, engineering leaders, or technical buyers.
Exposure to international markets (North America, EMEA, APAC).
Familiarity with managed services, database audits, or cloud-native solutions.

General Shift - 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
