Key Responsibilities
Search and identify potential clients on LinkedIn and Upwork every day
Send personalised, well-crafted outreach messages that get noticed
Follow up with leads regularly and keep the pipeline moving
Understand client requirements and present our services effectively
Maintain an updated tracker of all leads, conversations, and outcomes
Experiment with different outreach approaches and share what works
Stay active, responsive, and professional on both platforms at all times
What We're Looking For
Fresh graduate or candidate with up to 6 months of experience in any field
Good written communication skills in English
Basic familiarity with LinkedIn and Upwork
Fast learner who picks up new tools and processes quickly
