The role requires deep industry understanding, strong customer relationships, and the ability to deliver growth in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Drive business development and revenue growth in the BPC segment Manage and expand key accounts across personal care, cosmetics, and home care Identify and onboard new customers and partners Work closely with R&D and sourcing teams to provide customized solutions Understand customer requirements and recommend relevant specialty chemical ingredients Lead commercial discussions, pricing, and negotiations Track market trends, competitor landscape, and new product opportunities Ensure smooth execution from inquiry to order closure Key requirement & Experience: Strong experience in Beauty & Personal Care specialty chemicals (mandatory) Good understanding of BPC ingredients such as surfactants, emollients, actives, preservatives, etc. Proven track record in B2B sales / business development Strong network with BPC brands, formulators, and manufacturers Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills If you are interested, kindly share your updated resume over neha.s@scimplify.com.
