Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Support lead nurturing efforts and follow up on sales opportunities effectively. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor insights. Collaborate with internal teams including sales, operations, and servicing for smooth client onboarding. Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and client communication documents. Support business development initiatives and strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth. Track sales activities, maintain CRM records, and ensure accurate reporting. Work closely with senior leadership to support business expansion initiatives. Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to overall team performance. What We're Looking For Education Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field Experience 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, client servicing, or insurance sales Core Skills Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to identify opportunities and convert leads into business Good understanding of sales processes and customer engagement Strong coordination and follow-up skills Comfortable working with CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting systems Analytical mindset with the ability to understand market trends Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive in approach
