Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented BA / QA / Scrum Master to
manage business requirements, project delivery, Agile processes, and quality
assurance. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams to
ensure smooth execution, effective communication, and high-quality project
outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Client Engagement
Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
Conduct stakeholder meetings to understand business needs and objectives.
Translate requirements into user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, and actionable tasks.
Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and related documentation.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation.
Project Management & Agile Delivery
Manage multiple projects, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and KPIs.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Quality Assurance & Testing
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and testing scenarios.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
Track defects, validate bug fixes, and ensure deliverables meet business expectations.
Support release validation and deployment readiness activities.
Process Improvement & Documentation
Maintain project, QA, and process documentation including SoWs and SOPs.
Identify process improvements and support best practices for Agile delivery and QA.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams.
Communicate project updates, risks, blockers, and testing progress proactively.
Stakeholder Communication
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams.
Facilitate workshops, UAT sessions, and project discussions.
Communicate project updates, testing progress, blockers, and risks proactively.
Escalate issues with recommended solutions to ensure smooth delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, QA,Scrum Master, or hybrid roles.
Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred.
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Trello, TestRail, or similar tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Basic understanding of SQL, APIs, data analytics, or BI tools is a plus.
