About the Role:We are looking for a highly analytical and business-focused Business Analyst to support the Futures & Options (F&O;) business at Paytm Money. The role involves driving funnel analytics, user behavior analysis, campaign performance tracking, competitive benchmarking, and business case development to improve product adoption, engagement, and trading outcomes.  Responsibilities • Own funnel analytics across F&O; registration, activation, and trading journeys; track conversion metrics, identify bottlenecks, and recommend product/UX improvements. • Conduct competitive benchmarking across trading platforms to identify feature gaps, pricing strategies, and user experience opportunities.  • Develop business cases for new F&O; initiatives including opportunity sizing, financial modeling, ROI projections, roadmap prioritization, and post-launch tracking.  • Partner with product and engineering teams on business requirements, BRDs, and success metrics for new F&O; features.  • Analyze trading behavior patterns including instrument preference, order types, expiry concentration, and trading activity trends to support roadmap and risk management decisions.  • Prepare executive summaries, trend analyses, dashboards, and quarterly business reviews for leadership stakeholders.  • Analyze campaign performance across push notifications, email, SMS, and in-app channels by tracking metrics such as CTR, conversion, CAC, and ROAS.  • Recommend optimization opportunities and budget allocation strategies across high-performing segments and channels.  Expectations/ Requirements: Minimum 3-4 years of Business Analyst, with Stock Broking Industry experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with structured thinking.  Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization/reporting tools.  Experience in funnel analysis, campaign analytics, and business performance tracking.  Ability to work with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, growth, and business stakeholders. Understanding of financial markets, trading behavior, and F&O; products is preferred.  Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to simplify complex insights.  Experience in business case development, financial modeling, and KPI tracking is preferred. High ownership mindset with strong attention to detail and execution focus.
