Job Title: Business Analyst - Partnerships & Strategic Alliances   About the Role We are looking for a highly analytical and business-driven Business Analyst - Partnerships & Strategic Alliances to support the growth and expansion of strategic partnerships across our fintech ecosystem. In this role, you will work closely with business, partnerships, product, and leadership teams to identify growth opportunities, evaluate partnership performance, and drive data-backed strategic decisions. You will play a key role in enabling revenue growth, optimizing partner performance, and supporting alliance-driven business initiatives.   What You’ll Do Partnership Analysis & Business Insights Analyze partnership performance, business metrics, and revenue trends across strategic alliances Track key KPIs such as acquisition, conversion, partner ROI, and revenue contribution Generate actionable insights to improve partnership effectiveness and business outcomes Strategic Alliance Support Support onboarding and management of banks, NBFCs, fintechs, and ecosystem partners Assist in evaluating new partnership opportunities and market expansion strategies Conduct competitor analysis and industry benchmarking to identify strategic opportunities Business Reporting & Performance Tracking Create dashboards, MIS reports, and business performance summaries for leadership teams Monitor partnership funnels, customer journeys, and operational metrics Ensure accurate reporting and visibility into business performance Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with product, growth, operations, finance, and engineering teams Coordinate with internal stakeholders to improve partner integrations and workflows Support execution of partnership-led campaigns and monetization initiatives Data Analysis & Decision Support Perform data analysis to identify customer trends, business opportunities, and operational gaps Build business cases and support strategic decision-making using data-driven insights Assist in forecasting, planning, and performance optimization activities Process Improvement & Execution Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend scalable process improvements Support automation and optimization initiatives across partnership operations Ensure timely execution of strategic and operational projects   What We’re Looking For Experience 2 to 5 years of experience in business analysis, partnerships, strategy, growth, or fintech operations Experience in fintech, banking, lending, or partnership-driven businesses preferred Exposure to strategic alliances, business operations, or revenue-focused roles is an advantage Analytical & Technical Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and reporting/dashboard tools Ability to interpret business data and generate actionable insights Experience working with large datasets and performance metrics Business & Communication Skills Strong stakeholder management and coordination abilities Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work in cross-functional and fast-paced environments Strong commercial understanding and business acumen Process & Execution Focus Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Strong ownership mindset with focus on execution and results Education Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Finance, or related field MBA preferred but not mandatory   Nice to Have Experience in partnerships, affiliate programs, or strategic alliance functions Familiarity with fintech products such as lending, credit cards, or insurance Exposure to product analytics, customer funnels, or monetization strategies Experience using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker   Tools & Technologies Analytics & Reporting: Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Looker Business Tools: CRM platforms, MIS reporting tools Collaboration: Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace Data & Metrics: Funnel analysis, KPI tracking, business dashboards   Why You’ll Love Working With Us Opportunity to work on high-impact strategic partnerships and growth initiatives Exposure to fintech ecosystem partnerships and monetization strategies Fast-paced and collaborative work environment High ownership role with visibility across business functions Strong learning and career growth opportunities   Role Details Position: Business Analyst – Partnerships & Strategic Alliances Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Level: Mid-Level Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka (Onsite)     Disclaimer: This job description is intended to outline the general nature and key responsibilities of the position.
