The Business Analyst role at FactEntry will be responsible to analyse and improve business processes, working closely with stakeholders to gather and document requirements. We are looking for non-IT business analysts who will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, products, and services by analysing data and requirements, acting as a bridge between business needs and solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities
· Collecting, understanding, and transmitting the business requirements for the project, and translating these into functional specifications
· Interacting with the Business users, development & testing teams for effective delivery
· Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
· Ability to perform detailed analysis to ensure all aspects of the business requirement are understood.
· Investigate current business processes, operations, and performance to find areas for improvement.
· Conduct product UAT, Identify, write and validate the test cases
· Provide project reports and regular communication.
· Proactive escalation of issues and risks.
· Ensuring projects stay on track by managing deadlines and deliverables
· Ensuring the regular status/progress update on all JIRA tickets.
