About The Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst Intern to work directly on high impact business problems across logistics, vendor coordination, seller experience, and internal improvement programs.
This role is ideal for someone who is analytically strong, highly curious, and willing to work hard to solve difficult problems. You should be comfortable with ambiguity, messy data, urgent operational situations, and cross functional coordination.
This is not a routine internship. You will be expected to think deeply, take ownership, and help convert business problems into clear analysis, action plans, and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze business problems using data, structured thinking, and first principles problem solving.
Work on courier allocation, shipment reship flows, vendor/seller initiatives, and internal business programs.
Build and maintain trackers, dashboards, reports, and decision support views.
Identify patterns, root causes, and improvement opportunities from operational data.
Coordinate with internal teams to drive closure on high priority problems.
Support planning, tracking, and execution of business initiatives.
Prepare crisp updates, summaries, and recommendations for stakeholders.
Help reduce recurring firefighting by improving visibility, process discipline, and execution follow through.
What We Are Looking For
Strong analytical ability and comfort working with numbers.
High ownership and willingness to work hard until a problem is solved.
Ability to break down ambiguous problems into clear next steps.
Strong comfort with Excel or Google Sheets and SQL and Dashboarding.
Python exposure is a plus, but not mandatory.
Clear written and verbal communication.
Ability to work in a fast paced operating environment.
Curiosity to understand how business, logistics, technology, and operations connect.
Bias for action, while still being thoughtful and structured.
