Job Description – Salesforce Business Analyst (0–1 Year Experience)
We are looking for a
Salesforce Business Analyst
with
0–1 year of experience
and a basic understanding of
Business Analysis, Agile/Scrum, SDLC, and story/ticket writing
. The candidate should have functional knowledge of
Salesforce Administration
, especially in
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders
Support preparation of
BRDs, FRDs, and user stories
Participate in stakeholder meetings and capture
MoM, action items, and decisions
Assist in creating and managing
story tickets
and acceptance criteria
Support
As-Is / To-Be process mapping
Collaborate with
development and QA teams
to ensure requirements are understood
Support
UAT activities
, including test case preparation and defect tracking
Maintain project documentation, trackers, and reports
Identify gaps or inconsistencies in requirements and escalate when needed
Required Skills:
Basic understanding of
Agile/Scrum
and
SDLC
Basic knowledge of
story writing / ticket creation
Good communication and documentation skills
Basic understanding of
Salesforce CRM platform
Knowledge of Salesforce standard objects like
Leads, Accounts, Opportunities, and Cases
Exposure to
Salesforce reports and dashboards
Good knowledge of
Salesforce Admin
(Sales, Service, Experience Cloud)
Preferred:
Internship/project exposure in
Salesforce BA / CRM projects
Familiarity with tools like
JIRA / Confluence
Salesforce Admin knowledge or certification is a plus
