Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Analyst who will support product, technology, and business teams in understanding requirements, coordinating project activities, and ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders. This role will provide hands-on exposure to business analysis, project coordination, and product development processes.
Key Responsibilities
1-2 years Experience
Agile, scrum experience
Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
Assist in requirement analysis, workflow mapping, and process documentation.
Coordinate with product, development, design, and marketing teams to ensure clarity and timely task completion.
Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on schedule.
Maintain project documentation, reports, and task trackers.
Support testing, validation, and quality checks for product features.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support product and business decisions.
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and internal documentation.
Participate in team meetings, sprint discussions, and progress updates.
Skills Required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and documentation abilities
Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation tools
Ability to manage tasks, timelines, and coordination between teams
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
