<div><strong data-olk-copy-source="MailCompose">Business Analyst – WMS</strong></div>
<div>The Business Analyst – WMS will work closely with the Product Manager to analyze business problems, define product requirements, support execution, and drive analytics-led insights for the WMS product. The role requires strong WMS domain understanding, experience in writing structured requirements, and the ability to independently drive workstreams with minimal direction.</div>
<div>The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling requirement gathering, workflow analysis, documentation, dashboarding, product usage analysis, stakeholder coordination, and customer-facing validation activities. The person should also have hands-on exposure to analytics and product insight tools such as Mixpanel, Pendo etc. to support measurement, feature adoption analysis, and product decision-making.</div>

<li>Support the Product Manager in translating product strategy into structured requirement backlogs and execution-ready inputs.</li>
<li>Participate in problem discovery, feature shaping, and business process analysis for WMS capabilities.</li>
<li>Analyze customer and operational pain points to identify product gaps and improvement opportunities.</li>
<li>Use data and workflow understanding to support prioritization discussions and roadmap refinement.</li>
<li>Contribute insights on feature adoption, usage behavior, and process bottlenecks to guide better product decisions.</li>
</ul>
<div><strong>Execution</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Write detailed business requirements, user stories, functional flows, process maps, use cases, edge cases, and acceptance criteria.</li>
<li>Independently drive requirement discussions with stakeholders and bring structure to ambiguous business needs.</li>
<li>Review workflows and ensure requirements are complete, testable, and aligned to intended business outcomes.</li>
<li>Support definition of non-functional requirements such as usability, performance, scalability, auditability, and reliability.</li>
<li>Participate in API review discussions and define business requirements for validations, mappings, status flows, exceptions, and operational behavior.</li>
<li>Work closely with Engineering and QA during development and testing to clarify requirements and resolve open questions.</li>
<li>Ensure requirement traceability from business problem to delivered solution.</li>
<li>Work as a strong independent contributor within the product team and take ownership of assigned modules or workstreams.</li>
<li>Support the Product Manager in maintaining requirement quality, follow-up discipline, and execution governance.</li>
<li>Help junior team members or cross-functional stakeholders understand workflows, business rules, and documentation standards where needed.</li>
<li>Drive assigned deliverables proactively without dependency on constant direction.</li>
</ul>
<div><strong>Measurement & Success Metrics</strong></div>

<li>Use Mixpanel or Tableau or Pendo, and related tools to analyze product usage, feature adoption, customer behavior, and workflow performance.</li>
<li>Build dashboards and structured views to support product reviews, decision-making, and opportunity identification.</li>
<li>Measure key trends such as user drop-offs, adoption patterns, operational bottlenecks, and release impact.</li>
<li>Support the Product Manager in defining and tracking success metrics for key product initiatives.</li>
<li>Use data to support recommendations for product enhancement, UX improvements, and operational efficiency.</li>
<li>Ensure roadmap outcomes create measurable value for customers and internal teams.</li>
<li>Use data and operational insights to identify gaps, prioritise fixes, and improve product performance.</li>
</ul>
<div><strong>Stakeholder Collaboration</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Work with customers and partners to understand requirements, pain points, and business processes.</li>
<li>Manage senior stakeholder communication with clarity, structure, and confidence.</li>
<li>Drive decision-making across competing priorities, dependencies, and delivery trade-offs.</li>
<li>Partner with internal product teams across OMS, Integration, and Parcel Tracking to ensure end-to-end integration consistency.</li>
<li>Work with Sales, KAM, Implementation, Engineering, QA, Product Marketing and Marketing to ensure a successful adoption of integration being built and user.</li>
<li>Engage with customers and warehouse stakeholders to understand pain points, business processes, and improvement opportunities.</li>
</ul>
<div><strong>Documentation & Knowledge Sharing</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Create and maintain product documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, technical requirement notes, release notes, FAQs, troubleshooting guides, self-help content, and user guidance materials.</li>
<li>Support creation of user guides, training content, API documentation inputs, and knowledge base materials.</li>
<li>Ensure documentation is structured, updated, and easy to consume across teams.</li>
<li>Participate in training sessions, demos, and knowledge-sharing sessions for internal teams and customers where needed.</li>
<li>Build strong reference material for workflows, business rules, and system behavior.</li>
</ul>
<div><strong>Customer UAT & Issue Resolution</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Support customer UAT planning and execution for strategic integration releases.</li>
<li>Ensure requirements are testable and customer acceptance scenarios are clearly defined.</li>
<li>Work with implementation, QA, and customer teams to address UAT feedback and close gaps before launch.</li>
</ul>
<div><strong>Required Skills & Experience</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>4–7 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Analysis, or product-oriented functional roles, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software.</li>
<li>Strong experience in writing business requirements, user stories, workflows, functional specifications, use cases, edge cases, and acceptance criteria.</li>
<li>Proven ability to work independently and drive requirement analysis with minimal direction.</li>
<li>Strong hands-on understanding of Warehouse Management Systems and warehouse operations.</li>
<li>Good domain knowledge across inbound, outbound, inventory management, replenishment, picking, packing, dispatch, returns, and warehouse productivity workflows.</li>
<li>Experience using analytics and product insight tools such as Mixpanel, Tableau, Pendo, or similar platforms.</li>
<li>Ability to analyze feature adoption, user journeys, drop-offs, workflow friction, and operational/product usage metrics.</li>
<li>Experience working closely with Engineering, QA, Delivery, Support, and Customer Success teams.</li>
<li>Ability to participate effectively in API requirement discussions, business rule definition, and non-functional requirement analysis.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate requirements clearly and crisply.</li>
<li>Strong analytical thinking, stakeholder coordination, prioritization, and problem-solving ability.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience using Aha!, Jira, and Confluence or equivalent collaboration/documentation tools.</li>

<div><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>2+ Experience in eCommerce, logistics, supply chain, or B2B SaaS platforms.</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Technology, or a related field.</li>
<li>MBA or postgraduate qualification is preferred.</li>
<li>Prior experience in SaaS, supply chain technology, logistics technology, or warehouse operations products is preferred.</li>
<li>Exposure to adjacent systems and advanced warehouse ecosystems such as:</li>

<li>Labour Management Systems</li>
<li>Robotics / AMR</li>
<li>Yard & Dock Management</li>
<li>WES / WCS</li>
</ul>
<li>Exposure to warehouse automation, control systems, and enterprise integrations is good to have.</li>
<li>Experience working with global customers, multi-warehouse environments, or large-scale implementations is an advantage.</li>
<li>Prior warehousing domain experience through product, consulting, operations, or implementation roles will be an added advantage.</li>
<li>Certifications in Scrum/Agile methodologies is preferred.</li>
<li>Advanced understanding of business process analysis.</li>
<li>Expertise with APIs, XMLs and JSONs.</li>
