Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions for our AI-driven products and services. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, experience working in technology or AI-focused environments, and the ability to translate complex business problems into actionable insights and requirements. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making and successful delivery of impactful solutions
Responsibilities:
Business Analysis and Problem Solving:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into clear functional specifications for technical teams.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business challenges and identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions.
Break down complex problems into structured frameworks and actionable insights.
Conduct feasibility analysis and support solution design aligned with business objectives.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Collaborate with product managers, engineering, data science, and business teams to ensure requirements are well understood and implemented effectively.
Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout project lifecycles.
Facilitate discussions, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders.
Communicate insights, recommendations, and progress updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
Data Analysis and Insights:
Analyze large datasets to derive meaningful insights and support decision-making.
Define key metrics, track performance, and generate reports/dashboards to monitor business outcomes.
Use data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.
Support experimentation, A/B testing, and hypothesis validation where applicable.
Solution Design and Delivery Support:
Create detailed requirement documents, user stories, use cases, and process flows.
Work with product and tech teams during development to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
Participate in testing, validation, and user acceptance processes.
Ensure solutions delivered meet business needs and provide measurable value.
Continuous Improvement and Optimization:
Identify areas for process improvement and recommend scalable solutions.
Support product and business teams in refining features based on data insights and feedback.
Stay updated with industry trends, especially in AI and analytics, to suggest innovative approaches.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or related fields.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in technology or AI-driven environments.
Strong understanding of business analysis, requirement gathering, and documentation practices.
Good understanding of AI/ML concepts and their business applications.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Python, or BI tools like Power BI/Tableau).
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile or fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
Comfort with a hybrid working model, collaborating both onsite and remotely.
