Work you'll do
As a Product Management Specialist II on the Deloitte Technology team, you will be responsible for:
Leading discussions with stakeholders to translate business needs and technical direction into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Partnering with product, engineering, and architecture teams to support shared understanding of functional and non-functional requirements
Managing backlog activities, supporting sprint planning, and helping define scope, priorities, and delivery timelines with project and product leaders
Creating and maintaining business analysis and quality assurance documentation, including use cases, test plans, test cases, test scripts, and traceability artifacts
Supporting user acceptance testing, status reporting, issue escalation, and continuous improvement of delivery standards and business analysis practices

The team works closely with business stakeholders, product leaders, and engineering teams to define requirements, improve delivery outcomes, and support scalable, sustainable solutions. Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
7-8 years of experience in business analysis, product support, or requirements management for technology solutions
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent education
Experience documenting functional requirements, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Experience supporting Agile delivery teams and working across multiple projects in a matrixed organization
Experience planning or supporting user acceptance testing, test cases, and test execution activities
Experience using Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Figma, or comparable platforms
Experience collaborating with application developers, designers, architects, and business stakeholders
Preferred:
Experience working in Agile or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) development environments
Experience managing or supporting product backlogs, sprint planning, and scope prioritization
Experience with mobile application design, testing, or both
Experience with Java, HyperText Markup Language (HTML), Microsoft Office, or test automation scripting methodologies
ISTQB, Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), or Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA) certification
Scrum Master certification
