Team and Investors Wishlink was founded by 3 friends from college, Chandan , Shaurya , and Divyansh , with a shared passion to solve real-world problems at scale and consume content for hours (XD). We started Wishlink in January 2022 when we discovered products on social media that we wanted to buy but could not (in some cases, actually did)! We are based out of Gurugram. We have recently raised a series B round of $17.5M backed by leading global investors including Vertex Ventures SE Asia & India, Fundamentum, and Elevation Capital. Why Join Us? Growth Opportunity We have grown remarkably in the last 3 years and are doing a monthly GMV of over Rs. 150cr. We are working with over 50,000 content creators and 250+ brands and eCommerce marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, H&M, Savana (Urbanic), Only, Vero Moda, Libas, Aurelia, Mama Earth, and many more. Wishlink presents an exciting opportunity for you to contribute to and grow within the creator-enabled eCommerce space, have the chance to work at an emerging consumer-tech startup and be an integral part of this dynamic journey. What would you be doing? As the Brand Manager – Creator Acquisition at Wishlink, you will own the wishlink’s brand for creators l end-to-end. Your goal is to set the right positioning for Wishlink, build a narrative around it, communicate it well to creators across channels & bring in the right creators on the platform. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys brand building, storytelling, and high-velocity execution. Acquisition Ownership Own key metrics across: Brand health & positioning Creator acquisition - #signups and activations Own Influencer Marketing, content, partnerships & other brand channels - drive strategy and execution Work closely Performance teams & own creative strategy to bring quality creators onto Wishlink Drive problem solving across Acquisition and strategise/own the necessary initiatives Onboarding & Activation Co-own onboarding success metrics for creators brought from above initiatives Drive nuanced problem solving and work cross functionally with Content, Design, Product and Business teams to prioritise and plan projects where content can be a solution. Ensure creators clearly understand (without 1-on-1 interactions): How Wishlink works How to start earning quickly Performance-led Campaigns Program manage & plan performance-led creatives across Meta, Google & other platforms Own 2% CTR metric across ads Ensure timely delivery of creatives by working closely with Content Strategists and Design Team. Own monthly & weekly reporting & strategy for performance creatives What are we looking for? Works at the intersection of brand and creative; loves storytelling Excels in user research and insighting, can demonstrate strong empathy for different user personas Can break a vague problem into clear hypotheses and actions, while managing time optimally.
