The Branch Manager shall be responsible for the following:
Document organization sales strategy and incentives programme basis management guidelines. Oversight over all store operations, appearance, sales, compliance and Inventory
Strong experience of retail/ jewellery business and clearly understands latest updates of jewellery pricing and calculations
Execute on organization sales strategy and guide team members/ team leads for the sales targets/ management policies
Strong leadership and highly motivated and innovative professional
Able to lead a team of 20+ executives and motivates to achieve organisational goals
Clealry understands replenishments and identify a strategy for disposal of aged inventory
Perform Audits on a periodic basis and work on the implementation of issues noted
Ensure adequate documentation of each activity and guide/ motivates team members for high performance
Ensure all the compliance requirements are met and no deviation from management guidelines
