You will be responsible for&nbsp;coordinating and scheduling shifts, maintaining accurate records, and&nbsp;fostering positive relationships with both clients and healthcare&nbsp;professionals.</p> <p><strong><br>&nbsp;Responsibilities:<br> </strong>Engaging with candidates regarding the position and comprehending&nbsp;their requirements.<br> Acting as the primary point of contact for candidates once the sourcing&nbsp;phase concludes.<br> Redirecting candidates to the appropriate teams in case of any issues.<br> Assessing candidates' availability to facilitate timely shift allocation&nbsp;upon clearance.<br> Collecting monthly availability from candidates and communicating&nbsp;available shifts.<br> Submitting booking requests to clients based on candidates'&nbsp;availability.<br> Ensuring accurate shift updates on the VMS and ATS.<br> Providing replacement candidates in the event of shift cancellations.<br> Liaising with BD if there are no active positions in a specific region.<br> Addressing any issues related to payroll or benefits.<br> Assisting the credentialing team with communication if any compliance&nbsp;requirements are nearing expiration.<br> Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare&nbsp;professionals, ensuring their satisfaction and promptly addressing any&nbsp;concerns.</p> <p><br><strong>Qualifications, Experience and Skills:</strong><br> Excellent verbal communication and writing skills are a must.<br> Committed to a high level of service delivery for clients and&nbsp;candidates.<br> Grad/UG with a minimum of 1+ Year of Healthcare Recruitment&nbsp;experience is a must.<br> Candidate should be comfortable to work in US shifts.</p> <p><strong><br></strong>At ICG Medical, we value innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
