Job Summary The Billing Senior Associate II proactively processes all billing transactions in coordination with their assigned primary billers utilizing the most effective and efficient procedures and systems to facilitate the timely billing for services delivered by the firm in accordance with Firm policies. This position assists billers and external client servers in resolving advanced billing issues. The Billing Senior Associate II is responsible for the oversight of 3-5 Billing Associates/Senior Associate I, and the processing of advanced billing tasks/scenarios. This position also assists with the reviewing of work and training of new or existing team members as well as serves as a lead on team projects or sub-service line. Essential Duties Advanced professional billing duties include but are not limited to: Initiate and complete advanced billing tasks in accordance with all professional billing expectations for assigned primary billers. Reporting & Analysis duties may include but are not limited to:  Understand and be able to articulate the impact/effects of all financial concepts related to billing as well as impact to the firms standardized reporting. Independently investigates advanced billing issues and processes invoice adjustments to ensure invoice and margin accuracy.  Duties may include but are not limited to:  Mentor for sub-service line or 3-5 Billing Associates/Senior Associate I. Team members may or may not be in the same physical location as you and may be in a Hybrid/Fully remote status. Reviewing of work and training of new or existing team members.   Training duties may include but are not limited to:  Train and educate assigned primary billers and external client servers (both individual and/or group settings) on billing best practices and financial concepts related to billing as well as impact to the firms standardized reporting.
