**Responsibilities**
Provide PMO support to assigned deals and manage the delivery of all customer-facing documents (proposals, presentations, agreements)
Manage document lifecycle including deal documentation, customer communication, due diligence materials, and third-party agreements
Ensure defined proposal standards are consistently applied across bid teams
Organise and facilitate team meetings and cross-functional collaboration on sub-stream level
Support the development and roll-out of new tools, templates, and processes; provide training on CRM, SharePoint, and relevant databases
Produce reporting and decision-support data to enable the Bid Manager and support bid governance standards
Liaise with German-speaking stakeholders and clients to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the bid process
Conduct bid strategy analysis and competitive intelligence to support proposal development and positioning
Review bid submissions for quality assurance, compliance, and adherence to organisational standards prior to delivery
Manage bid timelines, resource allocation, and dependencies to ensure on-time delivery of all bid materials
Identify and escalate bid risks and mitigation strategies to the Bid Manager and relevant stakeholders
Conduct post-bid analysis and capture lessons learned to continuously improve bid processes and outcomes
