About This Position: Our RTX HR Technology organization is seeking a Lead Benefit Integration System Production Support professional to join our team in the Bangalore office. This role is an individual contributor position responsible for Tier 2 production support of benefits integrations and systems, with a strong focus on Workday functionality and benefits data management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience navigating employee data in Workday, creating and modifying custom reports, and supporting Workday integrations. This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and external benefits vendors through effective written and verbal communication. Working hours will align with the U.S. time zone, with availability required at least until 12:00 PM EST (subject to change based on business or project needs). A high-level understanding of U.S. benefits and benefits integrations is essential for success in this role. Job Title: Lead Benefit Integration System Production Support Core Competencies:  Workday Navigation and Data Management Workday Reporting (Custom Report Creation and Modification) Benefits Integration Production Support (Tier 2) Incident and Issue Resolution Cross-Functional Collaboration Vendor Communication and Coordination Problem Solving and Root Cause Analysis Time Zone Coordination and Service Delivery Documentation and Process Adherence Education / Certifications: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university is required Relevant certifications in Workday, HRIS, or Benefits Administration are a plus Basic Qualifications:  2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Workday (WD) is mandatory, including: Navigation through employee data in Workday Creation and modification of custom reports Knowledge and support of Workday integrations High-level understanding of U.S. benefits and benefits integrations Experience providing Tier 2 production support in an HRIS, Benefits, or Integration environment Ability to work aligned with U.S. time zone requirements (at least until noon EST) Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors Preferred Experience: Benefit System Experience Experience supporting benefits or HRIS integrations in a production support environment Exposure to benefits file transmissions such as EDI, API, or flat file integrations Familiarity with incident management and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow or similar tools) Experience working in a global delivery or shared services environment Understanding of benefits lifecycle processes (enrolment, eligibility, data reconciliation) Additional Skills and Abilities: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage production support queues effectively Attention to detail and data accuracy mindset Ability to work independently as an individual contributor Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills Flexibility to adapt to changing project or operational requirements Commitment to delivering high-quality customer support and service excellence Please ensure the role type defined below is appropriate for your needs before applying to this role. Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience Engineering/Other Technical Positions: Typically requires a degree in Science,Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
