Coordinate and supervise the setup, service, and breakdown of all banquet functions according to event orders (BEOs).
Lead, train, and motivate the banquet team, conducting pre-event briefings and managing staff schedules.
Act as the point of contact for guests during events, handling requests, inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.
Manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and uphold safety, health, and hygiene regulations.
Work with Culinary, Events, and Sales teams to ensure seamless service.
Atleast 2+ years of experience in hotel banquet
Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented, ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
