RESPONSIBILITIES
· Responsible for conducting Badminton Coaching Programs
· Coach children and adults in a structured manner as per the curriculum
· Conduct classes for beginners and advanced batches
· Guide children for participating in tournaments
· Conduct physical and skills assessment tests for participants
· Coordinate with other staff members to ensure proper communication
KEY COMPETENCIES
Should have played the sport at a good level for atleast 5 years
Must have coaching experience of atleast 2 years
Coaching Certifications will be an added advantage
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience in working on computers and MS Excel will be an added advantage
