<h3>What you'll do (responsibilities)</h3>
<p>We’re looking for experienced individual contributors who’ve worked on large-scale products before, and we expect you to ramp up quickly and help us launch our products.</p>

<p><strong>Build the foundations for all things Atomicwork.</strong> Develop and maintain complex web applications emphasizing usability, performance, and scalability.</p>

<p><strong>Design and build enterprise-grade systems.</strong> Implement and maintain high-quality applications and show craftsmanship while coding, testing, and deploying.</p>

<p><strong>Collaborate with partner teams.</strong> Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product management, and backend engineering, to develop and launch new features.</p>

<p><strong>Continuously improve our platform.</strong> Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other team members.</p>

<p><strong>Stay ahead of the curve.</strong> Keep up with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development, and recommend new approaches to improve the user experience.</p>

<h3>What we're looking for (qualifications)</h3>
<p>We do not require any formal qualifications, but we value hands-on skills. We also enjoy working with people looking to learn new things and have a sense of responsibility towards their work.</p>

<p>You have spent at least three years working on complex, distributed software applications and know how to write them from scratch.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>You are knowledgeable in Java and Python - understand designing beautiful, functional experiences using React.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>You’ll need strong database fundamentals and be comfortable with concepts like caching, query optimization, indexing, etc. Any experience working on MySQL will be preferred.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>You enjoy working with APIs extensively and are comfortable building scalable platform systems and leveraging existing ones to your advantage.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>You know your way around Amazon Web Services (AWS) and are comfortable in managing applications on any public cloud infrastructure.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>You understand the importance of documentation and like presenting your work to your peers before implementing your changes.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>You aren’t faced with troubleshooting issues and can patiently debug large codebases without getting frustrated by complexity.</p>

<li>
<p>You have taken the time to read and understand our cultural values. Most importantly, you are a good person and don’t act like a jerk around your teammates</p>
