<li class="x_MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-IN">Strong understanding of <strong>mobile app journey design</strong>, particularly within <strong>onboarding and servicing for Wealth Management products</strong>.</span></li>
<li class="x_MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-IN">Ability to map and optimize customer journeys for <strong>end-to-end <span class="mark823chbfmq" data-markjs="true" data-ogac="" data-ogab="" data-ogsc="" data-ogsb="">digital</span> experiences</strong>, from account setup to servicing.</span></li>
<li class="x_MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-IN">Hands-on experience working with <strong>Agile delivery teams</strong>, including writing user stories, managing <span class="markqeyj9xqb5" data-markjs="true" data-ogac="" data-ogab="" data-ogsc="" data-ogsb="">ba</span>cklogs, and coordinating with UX/UI designers and product owners.</span></li>
<li class="x_MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-IN">Skilled in <strong>requirements gathering</strong>, stakeholder management, and translating business needs into functional and technical requirements.</span></li>
<li class="x_MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-IN">Experience collaborating across multiple regions and teams, with a customer-centric mindset and strong communication skills.</span></li>
