Job Overview
We are seeking a highly driven B2B Growth Manager to scale our B2B vertical through fully virtual sales and account management. This role focuses on acquiring and managing business clients through digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Virtual Business Development
- Generate and qualify B2B leads through inbound & outbound channels.
- Conduct product demos and commercial discussions via video conferencing.
- Close deals digitally through CRM and proposals.
- Drive bulk order acquisition and repeat purchases.
2. Pipeline & CRM Management
- Maintain 100% CRM hygiene.
- Track pipeline stages and optimise conversion ratios.
- Ensure predictable monthly revenue forecasting.
- Reduce sales cycle time.
3. Account Growth & Retention
- Ensure repeat order frequency.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Improve client lifetime value (LTV).
- Drive subscription/repeat order models where applicable.
4. Collaboration with Marketing & Operations
- Align with performance marketing for lead flow optimization.
- Provide campaign feedback to improve lead quality.
- Coordinate with logistics for smooth fulfillment.
- Improve post-order customer experience.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 3–7 years in B2B ecommerce or inside sales.
- Experience in virtual selling.
- Strong negotiation & pricing strategy skills.
- CRM expertise (HubSpot / Salesforce / Zoho).
- Data analysis skills (Excel / Google Sheets).
- Strong communication & online presentation skills.
