<p><strong><u>Role Description:</u></strong></p>
<p><strong>Job Title: AWS Cloud Support Engineers with Python in Banking Domain</strong></p>
<p><strong>Location: Sarjapur, Bengaluru</strong></p>
<p><strong>Hybrid Mode - 3 days WFO (Tues, Wed, Thurs) per week</strong></p>
<p><strong>Shift Time: 24*7 Rotational Shifts</strong></p>

<p><strong>Role Overview:</strong><br>We are looking for an experienced Application Support / SRE professional (5+ years) to support Compliance platforms.<br>This role focuses on ensuring high availability, reliability, and observability of systems supporting trade surveillance, regulatory reporting, and compliance monitoring, with strong exposure to real-time data pipelines and cloud-native architectures.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br>Provide L1/L2/L3 production support for compliance applications, ensuring minimal downtime and quick recovery<br>Monitor system health, logs, and alerts using CloudWatch and other observability tools<br>Support and troubleshoot Kafka-based streaming pipelines for trade and market data<br>Manage and optimize data workflows and queries in Snowflake<br>Support AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, IAM, Lambda) ensuring stability and performance<br>Debug and resolve issues in microservices-based architectures<br>Investigate and fix issues related to REST APIs, integrations, and downstream systems<br>Perform incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and problem management<br>Automate repetitive operational tasks using scripting and Lambda functions<br>Ensure compliance systems meet SLA, audit, and regulatory requirements<br>Collaborate with development, compliance, and business teams for faster resolution and system improvements</p>
<p><strong>Required Skills (Priority Order):</strong><br>Candidates should have working knowledge in the following areas, with preference as below:<br>Apache Kafka – Strong troubleshooting of producers/consumers, lag monitoring, message failures<br>Snowflake – Query performance tuning, data validation, and issue debugging<br>AWS (Core Services) – Hands-on support experience with EC2, S3, IAM<br>CloudWatch – Log analysis, alerting, dashboarding<br>AWS Lambda – Debugging and supporting serverless workflows<br>Microservices Architecture – Understanding service dependencies and failure handling<br>REST APIs – API monitoring, debugging, and integration support<br>Domain Expertise (Preferred):<br>Experience in Broker-Dealer / Capital Markets compliance systems<br>Understanding of trade lifecycle, settlements, and regulatory reporting flows</p>
<p><strong>SRE / Support Expectations:</strong><br>Strong ownership of production stability and uptime (SLAs/SLIs/SLOs)<br>Expertise in incident, problem, and change management processes<br>Ability to handle high-severity incidents and stakeholder communication<br>Focus on automation and reduction of operational toil<br>Continuous improvement of observability, alerting, and system resilience</p>
<p><strong>Exposure to:</strong><br>Trade Surveillance systems<br>Transaction reporting platforms<br>AML / KYC workflows<br>Familiarity with audit requirements, data traceability, and regulatory SLAs</p>
