Key Responsibilities
Define the overall test and quality strategy
Design and guide test automation architecture (UI, API, integration)
Set testing standards, best practices, and guidelines
Support teams in improving test automation stability and coverage
Ensure testing is well integrated into CI/CD pipelines
Review test strategies and provide architectural guidance
Identify quality risks early and recommend solutions
Promote a strong quality engineering culture
Required Skills & Experience
Must Have
Strong hands on Experience in Java , Rest Assured and selenium coding
Excellent Debugging Skills in automation
Good understanding of SDLC, Agile, and CI/CD
Experience with UI and API automation
Ability to define test strategy and quality metrics
Experience working with multiple teams
Good to Have
Performance testing knowledge
Cloud or microservices experience
Basic security or reliability testing exposure
Soft Skills
Strong communication and influencing skills
Ability to guide teams without direct authority
Practical, problem-solving mindset
