Role Overview
AlgoShack is hiring Automation Engineers across multiple experience levels to work on desktop and web automation for Windows-based applications. The role involves building and executing automation solutions, with a focus on Python-based TestComplete and Selenium frameworks.
Required Skills & Expertise
• Strong understanding of automation testing concepts
• Hands-on experience with
Python and TestComplete (Primary skill)
• Experience with
Java + Selenium (Secondary skill)
• Experience in
Desktop automation (Windows-based applications)
• Understanding of
UI automation and test case design
• Familiarity with
CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working with
GitHub or similar version control tools
• Knowledge of
test frameworks and automation best practices
• Exposure to
Healthcare domain
is preferred
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute automated test scripts for desktop and web applications
• Work on
Windows-based desktop automation
using TestComplete
• Design, maintain, and enhance automation frameworks
• Collaborate with QA, development, and product teams
• Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines
• Analyze test results and report defects
• Ensure test coverage and quality across releases
• Follow coding standards and best practices in automation
