Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented AAC Autoclave Operator to manage autoclaving operations at Magicrete Building Solutions Pvt. Ltd. The role involves operating, monitoring, and maintaining AAC autoclaves to ensure consistent product quality, adherence to safety norms, and achievement of production targets. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in AAC block manufacturing and a strong understanding of autoclave processes, steam curing cycles, and plant safety practices.
Key Responsibilities
• Operate AAC autoclaves as per defined curing cycles, SOPs, and production schedules
• Monitor pressure, temperature, steam flow, and cycle timing during autoclaving
• Ensure strict adherence to safety procedures while operating high-pressure equipment
• Coordinate with production, QA/QC, and maintenance teams for smooth operations
• Identify and report abnormalities, breakdowns, or deviations in autoclave performance
• Ensure proper loading and unloading of green cakes/products into autoclaves
• Maintain shift-wise logs, autoclave records, and production documentation
• Support preventive maintenance activities and minor troubleshooting
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and minimize rejection or rework
• Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards in the autoclave area
Required Qualifications
• Diploma / ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or relevant technical discipline
Experience & Industry Background
• 3–4 years of hands-on experience as an Autoclave Operator in AAC block manufacturing
• Strong exposure to AAC production processes, steam curing, and pressure vessel operations
• Experience in building materials or precast manufacturing industry preferred
Skills & Competencies
• Strong understanding of AAC autoclave operations and safety protocols
• Ability to read gauges, process parameters, and operating instructions
• Basic troubleshooting and coordination with maintenance teams
• Willingness to work in shifts and plant-based environment
• Discipline, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and quality
• Basic documentation and reporting skills
