Job Description
We are looking for a professional who can handle
outbound telesales
along with
call auditing and quality monitoring
responsibilities. The role involves achieving sales targets while ensuring high-quality and compliant customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Telesales:
Make outbound calls to customers to sell products/services
Achieve assigned sales targets
Handle objections and follow up with potential customers
Update customer details in CRM systems
Call Quality & Auditing:
Listen to and audit telesales calls
Check call quality, script adherence, and compliance
Prepare quality reports and provide feedback
Identify gaps and suggest improvements
Eligibility & Experience
Graduate in any discipline
1–3 years of experience in telesales, outbound sales, or call quality/audit roles
Experience in BPO / call center environment preferred
Skills Required
· Good communication and persuasion skills
· Strong listening and analytical skills
· Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Excel
· Ability to manage both sales and quality tasks
