Audience Syndication Specialist

<p>The Audience Syndication Specialist will ensure the successful implementation and tracking of audience syndication to meet campaign objectives.</p> <p>They will play a crucial role in executing media strategies by creating, managing, and syndicating 1st party (1P) and 3rd party (3P) audiences across various digital platforms. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to troubleshoot audience-related issues, and collaboration with media team members across programmatic, social, and search channels.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Shift Timing: </strong>6.30 PM IST - 2.30 AM IST (EST Hours)</p> <p><strong>Job Location: </strong>Bangalore (Remote works as well)</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Understand the fundamental for creating 1P and 3P audiences as defined by media strategies and supporting tactics.</li> <li>Document audience components in the audience tracker, including: <ul> <li>Audience name</li> <li>Audience size</li> <li>Platform syndication</li> <li>Frequency of syndication</li> </ul> </li> <li>Monitor ZMP (Zeta Marketing Platform) to ensure proper audience syndication.</li> <li>Syndicate audiences** to digital platforms and ensure they align with campaign strategies.</li> <li>Communicate with media team members (programmatic, social, and search) when appropriate, including: <ul> <li>Audience name</li> <li>Date of syndication</li> </ul> </li> <li>Ensure audience syndication happens as planned, making necessary extensions if required.</li> <li>Conclude audience syndication by stopping syndication when it is no longer needed.</li> <li>QA and troubleshoot audience errors, addressing issues promptly to minimize disruptions.</li> <li>Input and update tickets, including escalations as necessary.</li> <li>Collaborate with media leads to address questions and provide clarity on audience syndication.</li> <li>Perform manual updates for Bing syndication when contracts include this requirement.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong project management and communication skills</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Experience in digital marketing with familiarity with programmatic, social, and search platforms.</li> <li>Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances</li> <li>Skilled in Microsoft Excel</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Company Summary:</strong></p> <p>Zeta Global is a NYSE listed data-powered marketing technology company with a heritage of innovation and industry leadership.
