Role Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and technically inclined Executive / Sr. Executive – Project Sales to drive sales for the AAC Wall Panels project business. The role focuses on B2B and project sales through specification-based selling, working closely with architects, consultants, PMCs, and key project stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have an engineering background with strong exposure to construction project sales environments.
Key Responsibilities
Handle project sales for AAC Wall Panels across assigned territories
Engage in specification-based selling with architects, consultants, and PMCs
Develop and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders including developers, contractors, and consultants
Track upcoming projects and ensure product approvals and specifications
Coordinate with internal teams for technical support, pricing, and order execution
Conduct product presentations, site visits, and technical discussions
Achieve sales targets and contribute to market expansion in the project segment
Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports and forecasts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil preferred)
Experience & Industry Background
3–4 years of experience in B2B / project sales
Experience in building materials, construction products, or AAC-related solutions preferred
Exposure to working with architects, consultants, and PMCs is mandatory
Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of project sales cycles and specification processes
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Technical aptitude to explain product applications and benefits
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with field sales
Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects
