Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for PEB projects.
Ensure projects are executed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Act as the primary point of contact between clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and manufacturing teams for seamless execution.
Site Management:
Monitor on-site activities to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and project specifications.
Resolve technical and operational issues promptly to avoid project delays.
Quality and Compliance:
Ensure all PEB projects meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain compliance.
Cost Management:
Monitor and control project expenses to ensure cost efficiency.
Provide regular cost analysis and reports to management.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers, supervisors, and contractors.
Foster a collaborative and result-oriented work environment.
Key Skills and Competencies:
Strong knowledge of PEB design, erection, and project execution.
Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project or Primavera.
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
