Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage daily production activities for Transmission and Telecom Tower fabrication to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
Plan and execute production schedules to ensure timely dispatch as per project timelines.
Coordinate with Design, Planning, Purchase, and Quality departments to ensure seamless workflow.
Monitor manpower allocation and ensure optimal resource utilization.
Drive productivity improvements through lean manufacturing and cost reduction initiatives.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) in case of deviations.
Maintain and improve safety standards and compliance on the shop floor.
Review and analyze production data, KPIs, and reports to ensure efficient operations.
Train and mentor the production team for skill enhancement and performance improvement.
Assist in budgeting, cost control, and process optimization
