Lead and manage the design activities for steel poles including High Mast, Street Light, Octagonal, Conical, and Transmission Poles.
Perform structural analysis, wind load calculations, and foundation designs as per relevant IS/BS/IEC standards.
Review and approve detailed fabrication drawings and Bill of Materials (BOM).
Coordinate with marketing, project execution, and production teams to provide technical support and design solutions.
Ensure all designs meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Guide and mentor junior design engineers in technical detailing and design tools.
Interact with clients and consultants to understand requirements and provide optimized design solutions.
Oversee design documentation, drawing control, and design validation reports.
Implement design automation and software-driven improvements for efficiency.
