Monitor PR, generation, and availability of each CPP site.
Conduct monthly client performance review meetings.
Ensure SLA adherence and zero major client escalation.
Analyse generation shortfalls and prepare mitigation plans.
Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Ensure timely breakdown resolution within defined TAT.
Monitor inverter and module performance degradation.
Control OPEX and optimize maintenance cost.
Approve spares procurement and vendor coordination.
Ensure accurate energy accounting and billing validation.
Coordinate with grid authorities for shutdown planning.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety norms.
Monitor protection system testing and HT yard maintenance.
Review manpower deployment and productivity.
Implement cost reduction and performance enhancement initiatives.
Track spare consumption trends and reduce wastage.
Ensure audit compliance and documentation control.
Drive safety culture and zero accident performance.
Review monthly MIS and submit consolidated reports to Solar Head.
