We are looking for an Associate Talent Acquisition Partner professional with 0–2 years of experience to join our growing Talent Acquisition team in India. This role is primarily focused on volume hiring and in-house recruitment, supporting the TA team in scaling hiring across multiple functions. You will work closely with the TA Manager and Senior TA Partners, assisting them in executing end-to-end hiring activities and ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process. Responsibilities • Support volume hiring initiatives across multiple roles and business functions. • Assist TA Manager and Senior TA Partners in day-to-day recruitment activities. • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and candidate communication. • Support hiring for Mid-level, Interns, Freshers, and Apprentice roles. • Work on hiring across Core Engineering, Product, Support, Services, and select Business roles. • Assist in Apprentice and Internship hiring programs, including coordination and candidate engagement. • Maintain and update candidate information in ATS (Greenhouse). • Coordinate interviews across stakeholders and ensure timely follow-ups. • Help in maintaining a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs. • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Requirements • Experience: 0–2 years in recruitment, HR, or related fields (freshers with strong interest in TA are welcome). • Good understanding of recruitment processes; exposure to volume hiring is a plus. • Strong interest in in-house recruitment and scaling hiring operations. • Good communication skills in English (written and verbal). • Familiarity with ATS tools (preferably Greenhouse) is an advantage. • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage multiple requests. • Detail-oriented with strong coordination and follow-up skills. • Eagerness to learn and work in a collaborative, fast-paced, and global environment. • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
