About this role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will own end-to-end hiring for our Sales and Virtual Office businesses across India. This role requires deep expertise in sales talent hiring, particularly inside sales, B2B sales, and client-facing roles, along with strong ownership of high-volume hiring for the Virtual Office vertical. The ideal candidate is hands-on, metrics-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.  Key Responsibilities ● Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for all Sales and Virtual Office (VO) roles across locations. ● Partner closely with Sales and VO Business Leaders to understand manpower plans, target profiles, and team structures. ● Source, screen, and assess candidates for sales aptitude, client orientation, and communication skills. ● Build and maintain robust pipelines for Inside Sales, Partnerships, and VO Consultants. ● Manage a consistent and professional candidate experience through timely feedback and communication. ● Track and report TA metrics such as CV-to-offer ratio, time-to-fill, and joining conversion. ● Maintain accurate data and status updates on Keka ATS for every candidate. ● Manage agency and search partner relationships for mid-level or urgent mandates. ● Support campus and fresher hiring drives for entry-level VO and sales roles.  What We’re Looking For ● 2–4 years of hands-on experience in sales and high-volume hiring, ideally in startups, property consulting, or fast-paced growth companies. ● Proven track record in inside sales, telesales, and virtual office or client relationship roles hiring. ● Strong stakeholder management — can influence and align with multiple business heads. ● Excellent communication, prioritization, and follow-up discipline. ● Data-driven approach with a keen eye for quality and cultural fit. ● Prior experience managing small TA teams or agencies is a plus.
