Key Responsibilities: Sourcing and Recruitment: Identify and source potential candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other relevant channels. Screen candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the organization. Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements. Provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process. Candidate Engagement: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Communicate effectively with candidates, schedule interviews, and provide feedback. Talent Pipelining: Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future job openings. Proactively network and engage with potential candidates. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system. Generate reports and analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes. Requirements: Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Keka Hire. Strong interpersonal skills, good written and verbal communication skills Bachelors/ Master’s degree in relevant field 1-3 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in sales hiring.
