Role Overview
The Account Executive / Associate – Quick Commerce will be responsible for managing and growing Wholsum Foods’ presence across platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Flipkart Minutes, Amazon, and Instamart. The role requires strong analytical skills, ownership mindset, and the ability to drive growth through promotions, visibility, and partner collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management
Own end-to-end management of quick-commerce platform accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with platform category and account managers.
Drive Joint Business Planning (JBP) discussions and execution.
Growth & Performance
Plan and execute promotional calendars in collaboration with platforms.
Track key performance metrics including GMV, visibility, fill rates, and ROAS.
Identify growth levers to increase sales and category share.
Operations & Execution
Manage product listings, content accuracy, pricing, and visibility.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to avoid stock-outs.
Ensure timely onboarding of new SKUs and campaign readiness.
Data & Reporting
Analyze sales performance, consumer behavior, and campaign results.
Prepare regular performance dashboards and business reviews.
Provide actionable insights to improve conversion and profitability.
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or quick-commerce account management.
Strong Excel and data analysis skills (pivot tables, basic formulas, reporting).
Experience handling on-app promotions and platform campaigns.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
High ownership mindset and execution focus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Preferred
Experience in FMCG or D2C brands.
Exposure to marketplaces like Amazon or modern trade platforms.
