About the Digital Public Health Program
TAF’s Digital Public Health Program (DPHP) is building the next generation of scalable, interoperable digital health systems, combining conversational AI, WhatsApp-based workflow automation, data pipelines, and decision-support tools. These systems are designed for real-world, low-resource settings and aim to support frontline workers and health systems in delivering timely, high-quality care.
We are an early-stage but rapidly scaling team, building at the intersection of public health, technology, and behaviour change. This requires individuals who can take ownership, solve problems independently, learn quickly, and operate comfortably in ambiguity while shaping evolving systems.
Role Overview
This role acts as the clinical and technical backbone for ensuring that all digital systems are grounded in accurate and relevant public health knowledge. You will work at the intersection of domain expertise and system design, translating guidelines and protocols into structured logic, validating AI outputs, and ensuring that solutions are both clinically sound and usable in field settings.
What you will do
Validate and refine AI-generated responses, Communication content, Decision-support logic, Product workflows, etc.
Translate guidelines into structured workflows and protocols
Support development of validation and quality assurance systems
Work closely with product, content, and data teams
Experience & Qualifications
3–6 years in MNCHN (clinical/programmatic roles)
Qualification: MBBS / BSc Nursing / MSc Nursing / MPH or equivalent
Strong understanding of government health systems and guidelines
Prior experience in LLM expert evaluations, HITL flows
Experience in training, mentoring, or program design (preferred)
Comfort with digital tools and AI-assisted workflows
