You will work directly with the two co-founders in helping the company to achieve its strategic and operational goals, by delivering key internal and external projects that are critical to the launch of this new brand You will be responsible for driving the rigour of market-based insights into actionable co-ordination between the various internal teams and stakeholders You will have a deep understanding of the company business model, the underlying profitability and levers of different business verticals OUTCOMES: WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? Internal and external key communications - Create and keep a dashboard of project plan that the co-founders need on a daily/weekly/monthly basis - Coordination between various internal teams and external stakeholders/3rd party agencies - Helping in end-to-end implementation of various operational and strategic levers Strategic alliances and strategy implementation as per plan - This is code for - catch all the balls which the co-founders drop and you can possibly catch! - You have to be someone who thrives on having something new to do every few months, and prioritizes ruthlessly Culture Carrier: strengthening and deepening the core company values - Be involved in selection and recruitment of A-player candidates, with an emphasis on cultural fit as we grow the team.
