Proven high‑availability designs using MLAG, VSF, Virtual Chassis, LACP, and Spanning Tree
Experience in campus and branch network architecture, scaling, and modernization
Hands‑on with Aruba and Ruckus wireless (Aruba Central, ClearPass, SmartZone, Cloud Wi‑Fi)
Strong understanding of
RF design, site surveys, capacity planning

Support deal qualification, pricing discussions, OEM registrations, and solution validation with distributors and OEM teams
Collaboration & Delivery Readiness
Coordinate with professional services and deployment teams to ensure smooth handover and implementation readiness
Maintain detailed design documentation and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and delivery teams
Mandatory Skills (JD Aligned)
Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, ICMP) with an enterprise design and troubleshooting mindset
Expertise in wireless security, authentication, access policies, and infrastructure integration (AD, DNS, DHCP, NTP)
Certifications & Education
